Attorney graduate of the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where he specialized in Constitutional and Administrative Law, at the Master's and Ph. D levels.

He was a litigating attorney at the Law Firm of Mr. Ignacio Burgoa

He was Judicial Litigious Director of the Ministry of Programming and Budgeting.

He was Judicial Litigious Director of the Ministry of the Federal General Comptroller.

He was Assistant General Judicial Litigious Director to the Secretary of the Comptroller and Administrative Development.

He is a Faculty Member of the Law School at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, in the capacity of Professor of Constitutional Law, Individual and Social Guarantees, Amparo and Labor Law and has been a conference speaker on public law in diverse universities across the country.

He has written several articles on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Labor Law and Amparo, published in specialized Law Reviews such as Lex, Revista Mexicana de Justicia and Revista Laboral.

He is a member of the Mexican Academy of Labor Law and Social Prevention; member and coordinator in postgraduate studies of the Mexican Institute of Amparo; member of the Association of Guarantees and Amparo Professors of the National Autonomous University of Mexico; founding member of the Association of Constitutional Law Professors of the National Autonomous University of Mexico; founding member of the Mexican Association of Law Postgraduates; member of the National Counsel of Law Postgraduates; founding member of the Mexican Academy of Constitutional Law and Amparo and founding member of the National Counsel of Graduates of the National Autonomous University of Mexico Law School.

Given his experience, he has specialized in civil, administrative and fiscal law litigation and the constitutional trial of amparo.
